We at the City and Capital Group are pleased to be representing a leading independent bridging finance provider based in the United Kingdom. With a strong presence in the market, they specialise in offering fast and flexible bridging loans and buy-to-let mortgages to valued intermediaries and clients.

Due to recent sucesses in the market, increased investment & exciting planned growth, our client are looking to onboard a dynamic & experienced Executive Support Manager into the CEO's Executive Office.

Role Purpose:

The purpose of the Executive Support Manager role is to directly support the CEO and Chief of Staff, manage a team of executive assistants, and oversee all private drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Chief of Staff.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents for the CEO.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure follow-up on action items for the Executive Team.
  • Provide weekly team reports to the Chief of Staff, summarising key achievements, challenges and upcoming priorities.

Team Management

  • Lead and manage the Executive Assistant team, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee the distribution of tasks and ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office systems that will help support the Executive Team.
  • Monitor performance of the Executive Team, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Private Drivers Management

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of private drivers for the CEO.
  • Ensure drivers maintain high standards of professionalism and punctuality.
  • Address any issues or concerns related to transportation service promptly.

Communication

  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/ external stakeholders.
  • Communicate on behalf of the CEO and Chief of Staff in a professional and effective manner.
  • Provide clear and concise updates to the CEO regarding important matters when requested.

Confidentiality

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Implement and enforce safety measures to safeguard confidential executive information.

Travel Management

  • Oversee the planning and booking of all travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.

Role Requirements:

  • Provan experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS office packages.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to problem solve effectively.
  • Excellent Attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in business administration and confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

The role is based 5 days per week in Central London and offers a salary up to c70k with access to the CEO's annual bonus scheme and competetive benefits package.
