A fantastic opportunity has emerged to join a leading boutique financial services firm. Our client, a specialist lending company, is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO, the Chief of Staff, and to manage a team of executive assistants across the business.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial services background, capable of handling a high-volume, fast-paced workload and demonstrating an ability to navigate complex priorities with ease

Duties of the Executive Support Manager to include:

  • Producing documentation, such as agendas and papers, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements for team members where necessary.
  • Managing a team of Executive Assistants providing support and development opportunities. You will be responsible for monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Coordinate and schedule private drivers for the CEO and assume responsibility for any issues or concerns related to transportation service.
  • Act as point of contact between CEO and stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Providing support in the monitoring of engagements, keeping on top of correspondence and replies and accurately maintaining all records.

Requirements for the successful Executive Support Manager:

  • Previous experience working in a EA / PA role within the financial services sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, with excellent written English.
  • Ability to handle a high volume workload within a face paced environment. We are seeking candidates who are happy and confident working independently.
