A new exciting Executive Team Assistant opportunity for global renewable energy company.

The Executive Team Assistant will provide administration and organisational support to the senior leadership team and ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations for the company.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the office including liaising with contractors, facilities, landlords and external suppliers

- Maintain an organised filling system and update/optimise company databases, administrative procedures and internal/external communications

- Manage queries and requests for information, both internally and externally, in a confidential manner and execute timely responses to actionable requests

- Support the Managing Director with drafting internal and external communications

- Prepare the senior leadership team for key meetings, including diary invites, venue selection, catering arrangements and all logistics to deliver outstanding meeting and evet experiences

- Arrange internal social events

- Provide PA support to the Managing Director including prioritising diary appointments, organising travel and expenses.
