About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and highly-organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide essential support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) during a maternity leave period. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to the smooth running of a dynamic school environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work effectively with data systems, and have a professional and approachable manner. You must be proactive, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Headteacher's and SLT members' diaries, scheduling meetings and ensuring the Headteacher is well-prepared for engagements.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Headteacher and SLT, including attending and assisting in meetings.
  • Organize and manage school events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage data systems and school communications to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle school communications, including emails, the school website, and the weekly school bulletin.

  • Ability to learn and utilize various data and communication systems.
