The Interim Executive Assistant will be responsible for…
- Overseeing complex diary management including compiling and coordinating appointments, meetings and events, (ceremonial and social), take minutes and provide assistance with presentations as required.
- Ensure urgent issues are brought to both to their attention as appropriate and in a timely manner.
- Proactively ensure that all members of the Private Office are well briefed in good time before key meetings/engagements.
- To proactively manage tasks on behalf of your line manager and to meet deadlines for allocated work.
- To sustain a highly professional central point of contact for the Office, both internally and externally, acting as a key link to a wide range of individuals and organisations including volunteers, members, MOD, Government and VVIPs.
