- Organise extensive international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses

- Providing cover for EA's as required
- Support with various projects as needed
- Previous Team Assistant experience within financial services preferred
- Be a team player who is solution orientated
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
