We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PA/Team Assistant to join a successful pharmaceutical company based in London's West End. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a thriving environment alongside professional and supportive team. This role will see you working as a key part of the support team providing efficient, high-level support. We are looking for a professional candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will be a team player who prides themselves on attention to detail.What you'll be doingOn a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Managing complex diary schedules and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Arranging international travel plans for senior team members with full itineraries, transfers and accommodation.
  • Providing documentation and reports presented to a very high standard in preparation for meetings
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts to assist with enquiries
  • Updating internal records and files to ensure information is up to date.
Who you areWe are looking for a professional candidate who takes pride in their thorough approach and ability to juggle tasks. You will be:
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook and diary management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Ability to proactively anticipate needs and juggle tasks
