Brand new role within a well- established legal firm working as a Personal Assistant located in London, on a full-time basis.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant keen to work for an expanding and developing company assisting with administrative and secretarial matters within the office. 

Duties for the Personal Assistant role include:

  • General administrative tasks associated within the relevant area.
  • Documenting records and diary management.
  • Dealing with client enquiries and following clear instructions over the telephone.
  • Responsible for dealing with invoices which will be sent to clients.
  • Any other additional tasks and duties as required.

The successful candidate for this role will have/be:

  • Able to prioritise client needs and manage them accordingly.
  • The ability to assist others within the same department when needed.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Word.
  • An understanding of spelling and grammar and a strong standard of typing.
  • Able to maintain the upkeep of all telephone queries, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Professional when liaising with clients.
  • Good timekeeping and able to deal with pressure within a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to follow all GDPR guidelines.
  • Build up rapports with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate good ability to work with numbers.
