We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of a successful private property portfolio business in North London. This is a dynamic and varied role within a fast-paced yet friendly and flexible office environment.
As well as providing PA support, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in multiple areas of the business, working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities• Providing PA support to the Managing Director• Handling communications with tenants, suppliers, banks, and other stakeholders• Managing spreadsheets and records (strong Excel skills required)• Assisting with processes on Sage 50 (training can be provided)• Supporting various ad-hoc business tasks as needed• Bank Reconciliations• Some finance duties
About You• Super organized with strong attention to detail• A team player who thrives in a commercial environment• Confident communicating with a wide range of people• Comfortable handling tasks proactively and problem-solving on the go• Strong Excel skills (essential) and experience with Sage 50 (desirable but not required)• Flexible and willing to learn—property experience is not essential
