Job Title: Part Time EA - 3 days a weekLocation: REMOTESalary: £40,000 pro rataWe are looking for a fantastic EA to support the Chief Education and Quality Officer of an expanding business with global investments. This a REMOTE role, however, you will need to be able to work from their Greater Manchester office approximately once a month. There are no fixed days, so the three days a week can be flexible. Hours are 9-5:30pm. Some key responsibilities include:
  • Diary and meeting management (across multiple time zones)
  • Occasional domestic travel arrangements
  • Preparing packs/agendas/minutes
  • Assisting with additional project work/presentations 
  • Occasional ad hoc support to UK Executive Team
Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience as an EA, supporting C-level executives
  • Degree education is ideal
  • Advanced IT and MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills and discretion at all levels
  • Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously while taking on significant responsibility
  • Highly adaptable to change and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
