Personal Assistant/Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing both business and personal administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation of our art collection, delivery, and installation services, as well as our bespoke framing and interior decoration projects. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in helping streamline operations, manage client interactions, and maintain meticulous records.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Digitise and transform job sheet templates into invoices, closely monitoring the progress of each job from quotation to completion.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date client data using FreeAgent
  • Create and manage email communications
  • Help plan and identify both personal and business financial and organisational needs to enhance business development and work-life balance.
  • Organise and maintain a system for diary, calendar, clear goals, and set of priorities.
  • Interface with customers in the shop for new enquiries or collections of completed work.
  • Accompany to client sites for consultations on interior projects, assisting with note-taking and planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative or personal assistant role
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, ideally FreeAgent.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with clients face-to-face.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new responsibilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and business/personal organisation.
