- Efficiently manage and organise the principal's schedule, including appointments, meetings, restaurant bookings and events.
- Arrange all aspects of travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and crafting detailed itineraries.
- Manage and develop principal’s social media accounts.
- Translate documents between English and Russian as needed.
- Oversee financial responsibilities, such as managing bills, payroll, tracking budgets.

- Proven relevant experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Good degree level education from a recognised institution (UK degree is an advantage).
- Have a right to work in the UK without restrictions.
- Speak and write both fluent Russian and fluent English.
- Have advanced level of IT literacy: knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ability to touch type, experience of formatting documents.
