We are currently recruiting for a private school based in South West London, who are seeking a PA to support their Bursar. This role will support their incredibly busy Bursar, whilst also line managing two support staff.
The role will involve:
- Correspondence on behalf of the Bursar
- Full diary, inbox & travel management
- Minute taking at key internal and external meetings
- Liaising with external stakeholders
- Line management of Receptionist and Resources Officer
- Leading/participating in school projects
- All associated administration
The client is seeking an individual with previous PA experience, preferably within a school setting.
