Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Temporary Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, on behalf of the executive team.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organisation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
