We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Temporary Personal Assistant to work for two senior Directors in this busy property investment company based in Central London. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily activities to ensure efficient time management.
  • Prepare and organise meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant 
  • Extensive diary management experience 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
