- Diary management for 3 Directors
- Administrative support
- Full travel management globally - inclusive of flights, VISA's, hotels and other bookings
- Meet and greet HNWI
- Email management
- Plan and book meetings in and outside of the office
- Book lunch and dinner reservations
- General office duties
- Prep meeting rooms and documents needed
- Plan office events and team outings
- Cover FOH team if and when needed
- Ad-hoc private PA duties when needed
- Previous experience within an Assistant position within a corporate/professional environment
- Flexibility is ESSENTIAL - must be happy to work outside of working hours if Directors are in another timezone
- Must be a team player and happy to help where needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Wants to grow with a company and be a key member of the team
