- Managing multiple diaries across internal and external meetings

- Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques

- Managing supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, expediting work results

- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Minimum 12 months diary management experience Â
- Strong Microsoft Suite experience
- Experience working in creative industries
