This is a busy but rewarding job where you’ll work directly with the Director. You’ll help with tasks for the Director’s businesses and personal life.

Our client are looking for someone who has worked as an PA before and maybe knows about property or is eager to learn. You’ll work at the office in Temple Fortune, helping with things like:

  • Managing schedules
  • Handling emails
  • Helping with property management
  • Organising paperwork
  • Assisting with projects
  • Helping with personal tasks like insurance, travel, and other life stuff
  • Doing small personal jobs as needed
  • Managing the Director’s schedule
  • Keeping the office organized
  • Helping with admin tasks
  • Managing emails
  • Assisting with projects
  • Keeping documents tidy and accurate
  • Overseeing property-related work
  • Working with property managers to create reports
  • Helping with property developments and planning
  • Keeping track of important deadlines
  • Managing projects and dealing with different people involved
What You Should Have
  • Some knowledge about property or finance, or a willingness to learn
  • Good at staying organised and meeting deadlines
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker (good at planning ahead)
  • Knows how to use Excel or Google Sheets well
  • Works well with a team
  • Strong communication skills and willing to help wherever needed
