We are excited to be working with a Specialist Finance group, based in London, on their search for a Personal Assistant to join the growing team.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant, who has experience in working with a Managing Director. Real Estate experience is preferable, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor emails and managing diary, including booking meetings
  • Task management
  • Administration including personal banking, presentations, expenses, board packs
  • Preparing for and attending meetings and recording minutes, action points
  • Book business travel arrangements for senior management and other staff
  • Arranging dinners, social events and public appearances
  • Preparing memos, letters, invoices, statements and other documents
  • Maintain office correspondence, including franking and scanning received post, electronic correspondence
  • Reception duties such as answering phones and greeting guests
  • Manage the diaries of senior management
  • Schedule Board Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas
  • Maintain electronic filing system, ensuring processes work and are up to date
  • Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Well-developed organisational skills
  • Computer literate and strong presentation software skills
  • Thrive in an expanding and changing environment
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Efficient working practices
  • Highly personable and able to build good working relationships with clients
