About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO of a successful property business based in East London. This is a part-time role, ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can provide high-level support with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Diary & Email Management: Coordinate the CEO schedule, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.

Communication & Liaison: Act as the first point of contact, handling correspondence and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Property & Business Support: Assist with property-related administration, tenant and agent communications, and document management.

General Administration: Prepare reports, presentations, and handle confidential documents.

Personal Tasks: Support with occasional personal errands and administration.

Requirements

Proven experience as a PA, EA, or similar role, ideally in the property sector.

Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in use of IT
