My wonderful client, a talented and successful fashion designer with a luxury shoe and clothing brand, is looking for a dynamic, meticulous, and creative PA to support her as she continues to grow her business. This is a highly hands-on role where the successful candidate will be required to work from her central London-based studio five days a week (with some flexibility), undertaking various tasks across the business.   • Diligent diary management
  • Frequent travel bookings to Italy and France
  • Liaising with suppliers as needed
  • Managing VAT expenses alongside the company accountant
  • Minute-taking for both virtual and in-person meetings
  • Basic Excel/data management tasks
  • Conducting market research and price comparison analysis
  • Overseeing archival and storage systems
  • Budgeting and report creation
  • Coordinating with the atelier team
  • Working effectively with high-profile individuals and HNWIs  
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Hardworking, diligent, and highly trustworthy 
  • A passion for the creative and fashion industries
  • Proficiency in French or Italian is highly desirable
  • A creative problem-solving mindset
  • Previous experience handling expensive materials and managing delicate inventories
