- Providing full PA support to two Partners
- Managing complex diaries and organising internal and external meetings
- Booking international travel and coordinating itineraries
- Communicating with senior-level clients and candidates across multiple time zones
- Preparing, formatting, and editing reports, presentations, and CVs
- Supporting the team with event planning and coordination
- Reception duties including greeting guests, preparing meeting rooms, and handling couriers and deliveries
- Managing and updating the internal database
- Acting as a gatekeeper and main point of contact for the Partners
- Assisting with ad hoc team needs and contributing to the smooth running of the office
- Experienced in supporting senior-level professionals, ideally within professional services or executive search
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- A self-starter with a team-player mindset and a high level of initiative
- Familiar with CRM systems
