Our client, a key player in ensuring safe, affordable, and environmentally sustainable energy supply, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support three Deputy Directors. Join a vibrant team that plays a crucial role in accelerating the transition to Net Zero and creating innovative energy solutions!
Start ASAP, pay £19ph, hours Monday-Friday 36 hours a week, the duration of the role is for three months with the possibility of an extension, this is a hybrid working role and you will be required to work in the office one day a week, location Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will be required to go through a DBS clearance before starting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the diaries of Deputy Directors, expertly handling diary clashes and attending meetings to prioritise tasks.
- Collaborate with teams across the directorate to provide a wide range of logistical and administrative support.
- Work seamlessly with other PAs and Executive Assistants, providing cover as needed to maintain smooth operations.
What You'll Deliver:
- Ensure Deputy Directors have timely access to relevant papers and briefings for meetings and events.
- Cultivate excellent working relationships with colleagues at all levels, enhancing the overall service provided to the Deputy Directors.
- Demonstrate flexibility and good judgement while managing potential diary conflicts, always considering business priorities.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience:Proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, adept at planning, organising, and prioritising amidst changing priorities.
- Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication skills with the ability to network effectively with staff and industry contacts at all levels.
- Proactivity:Ability to work with minimal supervision and take the initiative when needed.
- Team Player:Demonstrable ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Tech Savvy:Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, especially OneNote.
