We are hiring for a Personal Assistant who can effectively support two founders in achieving their goals by helping them with all administrative tasks, diary management, and projects to ensure they can continue to drive the growth of their organisation.

In this important role, you will be solely responsible for reviewing the mailboxes regularly, drawing the founder's attention to important messages, and crafting replies. You will become confident in understanding what requires immediate attention and what needs more detail to progress. We seek someone who can self-manage and feel confident making decisions following the founder's view.

This is a permanent role working full-time in the office; when you are up to speed, some flexibility to WFH may be offered.

Duties:

  • Full Email Management
  • Diary Management
  • Organising company events
  • Negotiating and handling the day-to-day with lead suppliers
  • Researching the market and operations required based on expansion plans
  • Proofreading documentation before publishing
  • Qualifying all inbound founder enquiries, disengaging where appropriate
  • Making the founder aware of opportunities to grow and improve
  • Maintaining the brand impact by administering new initiatives
  • Onboarding new suppliers
  • Collating organisational data and reporting the results to the founder leads to devising an action strategy project.

This is an incredible role for a self-starter who is highly communicative and thrives on crafting emails and building relationships. The role protects the founder's time by identifying and informing them of key information, allowing them to focus on growing the business further.

We will conduct a 3-stage interview process lasting no more than 4 weeks

An administrative task + psychometric assessment will form part of the decision-making
