- Diary Management: Efficiently manage the diaries of the Clerk and Master, prepare weekly schedules, handle invitations, and arrange travel and accommodation.
- Event Coordination: Oversee the events page on the Company website, send invitations, maintain guest lists, and coordinate menus and place cards for Company events.
- Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for the Clerk’s office, manage correspondence, and foster strong working relationships with Company members and external stakeholders.
