We are excited to be working with a Specialist Finance group, based in London, on their search for a Personal Assistant to join the growing team.
We are looking for a Personal Assistant, who has experience in working with a Managing Director. Real Estate experience is preferable, but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor emails and managing diary, including booking meetings
- Task management
- Administration including personal banking, presentations, expenses, board packs
- Preparing for and attending meetings and recording minutes, action points
- Book business travel arrangements for senior management and other staff
- Arranging dinners, social events and public appearances
- Preparing memos, letters, invoices, statements and other documents
- Maintain office correspondence, including franking and scanning received post, electronic correspondence
- Reception duties such as answering phones and greeting guests
- Manage the diaries of senior management
- Schedule Board Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas
- Maintain electronic filing system, ensuring processes work and are up to date
- Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Great communication skills
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Computer literate and strong presentation software skills
- Thrive in an expanding and changing environment
- Have an eye for detail
- Prioritisation and organisational skills
- Efficient working practices
- Highly personable and able to build good working relationships with clients
