Morgan McKinley is looking for a Personal Assistant to Support 1 C-suite and Wider Team with previous experience in a similar role.

Job Title - Personal Assistant to Support 1 C-suite and Wider Team

Salary - £40,000 - £44,000k DOE

Hybrid - 3 Days in the office 2 Day from home

Location - Westminster, London

DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

  • Proactively manage C-suite schedule and wider team.
  • Diary Management
  • Oversee travel logistics, coordinating efficiently with global teams and external partners.
  • Handling meeting room bookings and client greetings.
  • Support wellness programs, and social events.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and company documents.
  • Coordinate events and entertainment for Directors and the team.
  • Compile and manage performance and project data to keep teams aligned on objectives.
  • Process expenses, manage invoices, and make payments.

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have previous experience within a similar role or administration role.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, collaboration tools like SharePoint & Teams
  • Experience in diary management.
  • Possess strong organisation skills
  • Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
