We are looking for a PA to join a dynamic and bustling household in the heart of Central London. You will collaborate closely with the Senior PA to provide exceptional support to an UHNW family, catering to their unique lifestyle requirements. This role entails comprehensive PA assistance and offers a unique opportunity to be part of an experienced team within a UHNW household, where each day brings new challenges and learning experiences. A blend of approachability, empathy, and charisma is essential, as you'll interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.As a PA, you will work alongside a seasoned team, delivering swift and adaptable support to the family's ever-changing needs.   • Efficiently schedule and manage appointments, ensuring the family's engagements are well-organized.
  • Handle purchases, orders, and returns, maintaining meticulous records of transactions.
  • Conduct research for travel, holidays, family activities and item procurement.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of crucial documents and files.
  • Undertake various errands to support the household's smooth operation.
  • Manage medical appointments, healthcare records, and related tasks.
  • Event Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of events.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong IT and social media skills.
  • Highly conscientious and dedicated.
  • Relevant previous experience as a PA within a private household setting.
