  • Diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements: for multiple senior executives across global time zones.
  • Inbox management & expense processing: supporting the Partner with email management, ensuring prioritisation of key communications.
  • Supporting the Office Manager: to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience in an Assistant capacity, supporting senior executives.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a passion for managing diaries and handling complex scheduling. A proactive, organised, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is a must.
  • Experience with Xero is desirable.
  • You need to be able to commit to a 10 month contract starting in February 2025.
  • Experience within the finance sector.
