- Diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements: for multiple senior executives across global time zones.
- Inbox management & expense processing: supporting the Partner with email management, ensuring prioritisation of key communications.
- Supporting the Office Manager: to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Proven experience in an Assistant capacity, supporting senior executives.
- Strong attention to detail, with a passion for managing diaries and handling complex scheduling. A proactive, organised, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is a must.
- Experience with Xero is desirable.
- You need to be able to commit to a 10 month contract starting in February 2025.
