Personal Assistant to Director

Chiswick

Our wonderful client based in beautiful offices in Chiswick are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to one of the Directors.

As a PA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, task management, and efficient time utilization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently manage and prioritise tasks on behalf of the executives or management team.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate and proactively address potential conflicts or issues to optimise productivity.
  • Assess and prioritise incoming requests, emails, and documents for the executives or management team.
  • Coordinate and support the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and managing purchase orders.
  • Assist in managing the executives' or management team's calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Setting priorities

  • Supporting the procurement process
  • Working with Excel and spreadsheets
  • Ensuring effective time management.

The successful candidate will have:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

- Familiarity with contract preparation, procurement processes, and time management techniques.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and spreadsheets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
