PA to Executive Board Director (12-Month FTC) - Central London (Hybrid) - £45,000 to£55,000 DOE My Client, a leading global Real Estate firm, are currently seeking an experienced PA to support an Executive Board Director of a Residential Development and Investment team.You will be responsible for providing Senior PA support to an Executive Board Director alongside occasional support to the wider team and wider support team of EA/PA's. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door in a prestigious global firm.In a fast paced and friendly team, you will have good business acumen, have a highly motivated mind-set with strong communication skills, be responsible in managing you own workload, acting with autonomy and using your own initiative.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct one-to-one PA Support to an Executive Board Director
  • Organise and prioritise workload and keep a level headed approach in a busy working environment
  • Maintaining and organising electronic files
  • Supporting EA/PA's within the wider team
  • Meet and greet clients in reception
  • Extensive diary management
  • Monitoring emails
  • Event organisation and management
  • Completion of detailed corporate expense claims and tracking receipts
  • Co-ordinating global travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Management of CRM database
  • Booking meeting rooms / arranging lunches / dinners events as required
  • Answering calls and acting as a gatekeeper
  • Maintaining and organising electronic files
  • Maintaining holiday and sickness records
  • Contribute to improving internal process to drive efficiencies and improve client service
  • Produce a weekly client meeting schedule

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years' previous PA/EA experience
  • Good business acumen
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication both verbal and written and confident in liaising at a senior level
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and deliver outstanding client service
  • Can do and solution driven attitude
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced team environment
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Intermediate Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel essential)
