We are searching for an exceptionally skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family, overseeing both their business and personal affairs. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful professional with extensive experience in managing the intricate and dynamic needs of a high-profile family. This role demands impeccable discretion, flexibility, and a thorough understanding of the unique requirements that come with an UHNW lifestyle.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Expert management of calendars, diaries, and inboxes
* Preparation for meetings, including the creation of relevant documents and reports
* Organising domestic and international travel, including private jets, yachts, and other luxury arrangements
* Overseeing the family's personal schedules, social events, and key engagements
* Coordinating large-scale social gatherings, private events, and family activities
* Conducting research and managing special projects as needed
