  • Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, ensuring all schedules and appointments are coordinated seamlessly
  • Plan and organise all travel arrangements, including commercial and private charter flights
  • Oversee annual memberships, insurance renewals, and subscriptions
  • Handle event planning and entertainment, including securing private catering and restaurant reservations
  • Manage and oversee properties globally, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Take responsibility for the art collection, ensuring it is properly maintained and curated
  • Work independently and autonomously while prioritising and managing competing deadlines
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and personal support to the Founder and the family
What background and experience is the company looking for?
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives or UHNW individuals
  • Previous experience in financial services would be advantageous
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a natural gravitas and meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines effectively
  • Have excellent discretion
  • Tech-savvy and fully IT literate, including Excel.
  • Discreet and able to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Must be comfortable working autonomously in an isolated role and providing out-of-hours support if necessary
