- Build relationships with stakeholders throughout the group via telephone and Teams.
- Diary Management – complex calendars and ever-changing diary arranging, involving multiple attendees.
- Liaising with other PAs to set up meetings around the country.
- Preparing itineraries and coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, trains etc
- Organise, prioritise, and handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Preparing board papers
- Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, working to deadlines.
- Managing room bookings and conference calls
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up as required, arranging lunches.
- Occasional dictation for emails and letters, taking minutes at meetings.
- Ad hoc office administration
- 2+ years’ experience operating at a similar level in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills, Outlook (Intermediate), Excel (Advanced), Word (Advanced), PowerPoint /Keynote (Advanced) able to create pivot tables and formulas.
- Exceptional organisational, planning and prioritisation skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Extensive experience of diary management
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, with the ability to oversee multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
- Highly motivated, organised individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
