Do you have excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills? Are you proactive with a strength for working within a process driven environment maintaining accuracy and attention to detail? If so, Signature Recruitment, are currently looking for a part-time Senior Contracts Administrator for a transport advisory firm based in London but with employees all over the world. This position is covering maternity leave and is offered for six months with the possibility to extend. It is a part-time role, three days with at least two days in the office.

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play an important role in developing contractual, commercial, legal, and quality processes for the division. Your main duties will be dealing with all administrative tasks relating to the overseeing and managing of contracts.

Senior Contracts Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team. To include drafting and issuing Project Engagement Letters, Contracts, NDAs and other documentation
  • Ensuring all checks and additional documentation are completed in a timely manner
  • Reviewing, updating, maintaining and populating policies, processes and precedents
  • Managing and filing project documents, contracts, and other correspondence in both hard copy and digital formats
  • Assisting Engagement Directors with the review and negotiation of company agreements with public and private sector clients
  • Assisting with Conflict of Interest, IR35 and Project Launch checks
  • Undertaking other ad-hoc administrative duties in order to support the team and wider business including maintaining the timesheet portal and other databases as required

Senior Contracts Administrator Key Skills:

  • Strong administration experience with a background in procurement or legal administration desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work professionally with a range of stakeholders. A good understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
  • Good organisation and time management and able to work well in a self-led environment with focus in a process driven role
  • Proficient in IT with database management experience
