A leading business service company is looking to recruit a high level Executive and Personal Assistant to support one of the Board.

You will assist in all aspects of business and personal life to ensure optimal performance and therefore you will require a proactive approach, excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive/personal information with discretion. The ideal candidate will need to be a strong critical thinker who can readily solve problems on their own at high level. You will manage how the Board member spends their time, learning to anticipate any potential risks and provide administrative support to the Executive Advisory Board when required.

Key responsibilities include: inbox management, time management, communication, travel coordination, meeting support, meeting and event coordination, personal support and task and project prioritisation.

Candidates need to be articulate and considered and have solid and relevant EA/PA experience at Senior C-Suite level, ideally with a finance or technology organisation, and excellent verbal and written skills.
