We're seeking a proactive and professional Senior Executive Assistant to support a key leadership office on behalf of a leading university based in Central London.

This role involves providing comprehensive executive supporting the president's office in a friendly and support team, based in a modern office.

As the Senior Executive Assistant you will be:

  • Managing diaries and coordinating meetings with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the office, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Supporting event coordination, internal communications, and day-to-day office management.
  • Collaborating with a friendly and supportive team in a modern workspace.

As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will have:
