Working closely with the Executive Support Team Leader, you will play a key role in strategically aligning the team's services with other functional areas, contributing to the seamless delivery of services to internal stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to lead transformational change initiatives on behalf of the Director, fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders, including the Mayor, Lead Members, Councillors, and other key individuals.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in minute-taking and a strong background in the public sector. Additionally, your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a highly pressured environment will make you an ideal candidate.
