- A 2:1 degree or higher from a top 30 UK university in Speech and Language, Psychology, or a related subject
- Previous experience supporting SEN students in a S+L capacity
- A ‘can do attitude’ towards the inclusive education of all students
- An honest commitment to helping students overcome communication barriers
