This is an incredible opportunity for an exceptionally organised self-starter with experience in scheduling and diary management to join a boutique PR firm. The role is hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office) and is split between Team Assistant and Executive Assistant duties 50/50.

The small team are made up of hard-working experts in their field who need a like-minded up-and-coming candidate to join their friendly, collaborative offices in Holborn. The environment can be fast-paced and the successful candidate must be able to manage a large workload under pressure.

The duties:

- Heavy Calendar Scheduling

- Diary Management

- Extensive travel bookings

- Stationary orders/answerwing/screening calls

- minimal HR support

The person:

- Exceptionally organised individual

- Good under pressure

- Hard-working

- Pro-active, can-do attitude

- Excellent written and verbal skills

Previous experience as a TA/EA in a corporate setting would be useful.
