Role Overview:

As a Team Assistant to 3/4 you'll be at the heart of their high-energy business, ensuring the smooth flow of operations for the investment team. Reporting to the Head of Administration, this is a key role that will see you interact with top professionals and contribute to the firm's success. Opportunity to grow and progress within the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the logistics of managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel and accommodations
  • Take charge of meeting prep, from creating compelling presentations to coordinating video conferencing setups
  • Provide vital administrative support to our investment team, ensuring their operations run seamlessly
  • Step up during busy periods and provide extra support to the administration team
