Team Assistant

Company: Our client are one of the largest internation law firms based in London, specialising mainly in the commercial and industrial sectors. They pride themselves on working for their clients and giving the best results.

Role: You will be working within a team of Junior Team Assistants to make sure all client needs are met by doing the below tasks and more.

Job description:

  • Arranging domestic and international travel such as flights, trains, hotels, taxis, currency, maps and liaising with the in-house travel provider.
  • Attending meetings to take minutes / action notes.
  • Booking meeting rooms both in London and out of London.
  • Booking client entertainment days (e.g. restuarants and tickets)
  • Processes all expenses and invoices, liasing with the accounts payable team necessary.
  • Billing processes: Creating letters, amending narratives, searching for previous invoices.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal clients and key stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the organisation of events.
  • Running reports, amending narratives, processing matters, amending matters, requesting access for fee earners via Security Policy Manager console (SPM), setting up distribution lists.
  • Adhoc Administration tasks when necessary.

Qaulifications and Skills needed:

  • 5 A*-C GCSEs, including English and Mathematics is Essential.
  • CILEX or BTEC Administration qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
