    • Oversee dynamic and busy diaries.
    • Prepare and send meeting invitations, agendas, and reminders.
    • Support project teams with administrative tasks, such as booking resources.
    • Arrange global travel and detailed itineraries.
    • Track expenses using internal systems.
    • Assist in planning company events, team meetings, and activities.
    • Handle ad hoc tasks to keep the team productive.

About You

To excel in this role, you'll need:
