What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, managing changing priorities.
- Oversee dynamic and busy diaries.
- Prepare and send meeting invitations, agendas, and reminders.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks, such as booking resources.
- Arrange global travel and detailed itineraries.
- Track expenses using internal systems.
- Assist in planning company events, team meetings, and activities.
- Handle ad hoc tasks to keep the team productive.
About You
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A high level of professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Trello (Desirable)
