Are you looking to be a Team PA / Assistant ? Do you already have some office experience and are looking for the next step? Would you describe yourself as a confident, engaging individual and looking to work in a highly professional corporate organisation? We are currently looking for a whizz of a Team Assistant with a glowing personality who is keen to establish themselves supporting a team as a Team Assistant. Working for an award winning, leading, global company in the heart of the City as part of their support team you will provide administrative support to a team of professionals.

This is a role which can grow with you as you gain more experience. With a reputation for excellent training and a great culture you will be fully supported we just ask you to bring your glowing personality, strong IT and Excel knowledge and organisation skills. On a day to day to basis the role will entail:

  • Providing team support to a team of 10
  • Managing diary appointments, setting up reminders, taking notes at meetings
  • Managing general email/telephone communication
  • Maintaining various spreadsheets and logs
  • Putting together the teams’ expenses
  • Booking training courses and liaising with external parties to ensure facilitation of the training programme
  • Updating intranet

This role will suit an individual who has strong IT skills, Word, Outlook and can update an Excel spreadsheet as well as someone who is keen to progress down the administration/ PA route. A warm, confident individual with an upbeat personality, team player attitude and a helpful demeanour are key attributes which will prove advantageous.

And in return you will be join an award winning employer with a reputation for excellent training and development. This role is initially office based with potential for 1-2 days at home once established.
