- Provide seamless diary management, coordinating complex schedules across multiple time zones
- Organise and prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place
- Arrange extensive travel, creating detailed itineraries for both domestic and international trips
- Manage expenses and reconcile reports in a timely manner
- Oversee CRM updates and ensure client information is accurate and up to date
- Plan and manage offsite events, client entertainment, and team-building activities
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar support role
- Polished, professional, and well-presented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with impeccable attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with CRM systems
- A true team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with ease
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 5 days a week in the office
