Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a background in insurance? We are seeking a Team Assistant to join our dynamic and forward-thinking insurance syndicate.
In this key role, you’ll support our Executive PA and wider operations team, ensuring seamless coordination across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Executive PA and operational teams.
- Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
- Insurance knowledge is essential - a strong understanding of the industry is crucial for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail.
