Team Assistant - Insurance Syndicate

Location: Hybrid (3 days in the City, 2 days remote)Salary: Up to £35,000

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a background in insurance? We are seeking a Team Assistant to join our dynamic and forward-thinking insurance syndicate.

In this key role, you’ll support our Executive PA and wider operations team, ensuring seamless coordination across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Executive PA and operational teams.
  • Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
  • Preparing documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
About You:
  • Insurance knowledge is essential - a strong understanding of the industry is crucial for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
