We are seeking an exceptional EA from the investment sector or similar to join a high-profile transatlantic tech investor based in stunning West End offices.This is a fixed term contract role for 1 year and the company offer excellent salary, unmatched benefits, generous bonus, hybrid working, a second to none culture and access to some of the most influential and talented people in the industry.You will be supporting a small and dynamic team of global Executives in a varied and busy role where your relationship building skills will be as essential as your organisational skills.

Your duties;

  • Proactively manage, assess and predict the day-to-day needs of your executives
  • Ensure they are prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events
  • Heavy multi-time zone calendaring
  • International & domestic travel
  • Accurate & timely expense reporting
  • Project manage marketing initiatives
  • Act as the team point person: handle team requests, problem-solve, and keep the team on-track and organised
  • Support and provide cover for the other EAs within the team as and when required
  • Be an exceptional ambassador for your team and the overall company at all times

You:

  • Degree educated and bring an intelligent approach to your work
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive - always 2 steps ahead
  • Adaptable to working with stakeholders with very different working styles
  • Experience in high profile investment or tech environment
  • Exceptional relationship builder
  • Take pride in going above and beyond
  • Knowledge of GSuite and overall strength in a wide variety of platforms
