This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a successful advisory firm to work out of their office in London. You will be supporting the Managing Director and will be responsible for the planning, administration, communication, reporting and following up the needs of the Managing Directors.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact between the MD’s, staff and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate the MD’s diaries, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel.
- Keeping the MD advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Monitoring and managing the MD’s emails as requested.
- Arranging travel and visas as necessary, providing detailed travel itineraries.
- Preparing and submitting MD’s expenses.
- Compose and prepare letters relating to routine correspondence for the MD’s.
- Taking minutes during meetings and ensuring the MD’s effectively tracks actions assigned to them for timely resolution.
- Maintain a database of all MD’s meetings and its action log.
- Provide the MD’s with meeting materials, speech copies and other relevant materials in a timely manner before events and meetings.
- Maintain the MD’s travel calendar and make travel arrangements when necessary.
Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent and wide-ranging administrative, planning and organising skills, with the ability to manage and take responsibility for own workload within agreed priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work with information of a sensitive nature, maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
- Strong Microsoft Skills
