Based in central London offices for three days per week, this is a fabulous opportunity for someone with akeen interest in photography as an art form, excellent writing skills and a solid track record of experience in project management or administration within the arts or live events.

You will be working as part of a small, close-knit team driving the photographic brand of well-known figures in the media industry and providing support on projects ranging from music releases exhibitions, books, digital marketing and films.

This role will involve:

  • Responsibility for quality control and intellectual property rights
  • Leading the development of all photography-related projects
  • Responsible for photography for various projects including commissioning and co-ordinating photographers
  • Overseeing image use for key internal stakeholder approval
  • Supplying approved images to designers, publicists and press and other key stakeholders
  • Research archives for appropriate images for internal and external requests
  • Negotiate licence fees and draw up agreements covering all rights
  • Coordinating and developing the main elements of photographic exhibitions including curation, production, merchandise, marketing, and events
  • Creative written and visual content for use within project materials, books, websites and exhibitions

We are looking for:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work at pace and juggle several projects at the same time
  • Degree or other relevant qualifications in art/ photography or similar
  • Previous experience of working at a senior level within the arts or events sector
  • Superb writing skills
  • Project and supply chain management
