We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing bakery as a Food Production Operative. The working hours are 4am to 12 midday, and you will be working Monday to Friday. There are on-going temporary or permanent positions available for the right candidates.

Duties:

  • Operate production machinery.
  • Assemble and package products.
  • Follow company Food Hygiene and Quality policies.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organised working environment.
  • Document processes.
  • Additional warehouse duties as required.

Key attributes required for the role:

  • The role may include heavy lifting, expect to carry goods up to 25kg.
  • Previous experience in food production or a kitchen preferred.
  • Level 2 Food Health & Safety Certificate preferred.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Close attention to detail to ensure quality products.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
